Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline and 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline and 3 years of behavioral health experience.
• Clearances: Act 33, Act 34, and Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification; crisis knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and triage for individuals in distress.
• Provide immediate crisis counseling via telephone with skill and compassion.
• Determine when mobile outreach interventions are needed.
• Collaborate with local police and EMS for emergency responses.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
