Job summary

The SNHHS ACCESS Team is seeking an experienced Clinician to perform crisis evaluations for inpatients and outpatients, applying specialized intervention techniques to stabilize patients and families. You will work within the Patient Care Services team to coordinate care and referrals after assessments.

Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial and mental status assessments, initiating emergency admissions when needed, performing suicide risk assessments, triaging psychiatric needs, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or mental health field required.
• License eligible as LICSW or LCMH in New Hampshire; must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• Previous experience in social work, mental health or related field preferred.

• Initiation of Involuntary/voluntary Emergency Admissions.
