SolutionHealth is seeking an ACCESS Team Clinician to conduct crisis intervention assessments for inpatients and outpatients, helping stabilize patients and families. You’ll work within the Patient Care Services team, performing psychosocial evaluations and coordinating emergency admissions as needed.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and license eligibility as LICSW/LCMH in NH with a 5-year timeline to obtain licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• License eligible as LICSW or LCMH in NH; must obtain within 5 years.
• Previous experience in social work or mental health preferred.

Job Description:

Staffed by mental health clinicians, ACCESS (Acute Community Crisis Evaluation Service System) provides crisis evaluations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After an evaluation, a referral will be made to the most appropriate services, including outpatient services, partial or inpatient hospitalization.We understand the important connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being and have the resources to support our community through inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, from emergency care, to intensive outpatient programs.

About the Job:

As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the ACCESS Team Clinician conducts crisis intervention assessments on inpatients and outpatients utilizing appropriate crisis intervention techniques to stabilize patient and family.

Who You Are:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Mental Health Related Field

  • Must obtain within 5 years of hire
• Previous experience in social work, mental health or related field preferred
