ShelterCare in Eugene, OR is seeking a full-time Case Manager Crisis Intervention Specialist for the Birch program. You will provide crisis intervention, support adults through mental health services, and assist with court obligations.

The role reports to Lead Crisis Intervention Case Manager and offers a starting wage of $22.58-$23.40 per hour, depending on qualifications, with benefits including paid holidays, PTO, insurance, and wellness stipends. This is a non-exempt, in-person position.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in social work or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience with people who are homeless and/or have mental health needs.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use and homelessness needs and services.
• Ability to drive agency vehicles and pass a DHS background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide case management and crisis intervention to adults in the Birch program.
• Walk clients through mental health services and court obligations.
• Collaborate with Lane County Behavioral Health Forensic Program to provide wrap-around services.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
