You will respond to crises with trauma-informed, family-centered interventions, document services, and coordinate with supervisors; flexible hours and on-call structure support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in child welfare preferred.
• Must pass DCFS background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a supportive relationship with clients and assist families to meet goals.
• Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care.
• Document all services to track progress and plan for goals.
