Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and referrals via phone and in person.
• Perform data entry and maintain confidential client files.
• Coordinate hotel placements and sheltering; arrange transportation and meals.
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention to callers on the 24-hour line.
