Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with substance abuse, mental health, and crisis intervention desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Physical Exam.

Responsibilities

• Completes intake at program entry and ensures documentation is retrieved.
• Provides support and advocacy through crisis intervention.
• Assists with daily living needs and monitors daily activity.
• Completes and submits daily occupancy reports as necessary.
