Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dispatch, call center, crisis hotline, or emergency coordination preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with dispatch systems, EHRs, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming crisis referrals and dispatch mobile response teams.
• Coordinate field operations using dispatch software and secure messaging.
• Monitor real-time case activity and support mobile teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic records.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure service delivery and client safety.
• Adhere to privacy laws and HIPAA.
• Participate in shift coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Provide coverage during emergencies.
• Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork.
• Represent the Agency positively with internal and external contacts.
