Southern Integrated Care in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Crisis Communications Specialist to serve as the central hub for crisis communications and administrative support for BHUC and Mobile Crisis services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Communications: Answer incoming Crisis Services lines, obtain information, route calls, notify and dispatch Mobile Crisis, coordinate between BHUC staff and Mobile Crisis teams, maintain staff availability.
• Mobile Crisis Dispatch: Monitor staff assignments, coordinate deployment, track locations, assist with transfers among BHUC, hospitals, EMS, law enforcement, and partners, maintain dispatch records.
• BHUC Administrative Support: Greet visitors, direct them, assist with intake, register in EHR, verify demographics, maintain census, coordinate records, manage supplies, assist leadership with reports.
