Job summary

The Opportunity Alliance is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the Cumberland County Crisis Response Mobile Outreach team. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate incoming crisis calls and provide real-time support, ensuring vital responses happen promptly.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team environment, with responsibilities that include assessing crisis situations and collaborating with community partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in crisis or human services work.
• Ability to obtain MHRT/CSP certification within 30 days.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming crisis calls from the Maine Crisis Line.
• Provide real-time phone support to individuals awaiting assessment.
• Offer in-person crisis support at offices.
