Job summary

Terros Health in Kingman is seeking a part-time Crisis Specialist (30 hours/week) to provide crisis counseling across phone, walk-in, and in-home settings. The position offers shift differentials for evenings and weekends, plus bilingual pay differential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing crisis counseling or emergency mental health support.
• Ability to assess crisis situations and provide immediate stabilization strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with police, fire departments and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, walk-in and in-home crisis counseling to facilitate immediate stabilization.
• Develop short-term crisis management plans with clients and families.
• Make referrals to other agencies and long-term counseling when appropriate.
