Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, or closely related field.
• Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMFT) or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals in crisis in the community and in 24hr care settings.
• Assess mental and behavioral health status; provide evidence-based interventions in an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with providers and community partners.
• Document all client contact and clinical information in the health record system.
• Maintain attendance and participate in team meetings and trainings.
