Job summary

Clinica Family Health & Wellness is seeking a Crisis Services Therapist in Colorado. The role involves providing crisis-focused therapy in a collaborative team, using modalities like DBT/CBT/ACT.

You will report to the Manager of Acute Services and work three 12-hour shifts with four days off. Compensation includes pay ranges for unlicensed and licensed therapists, with shift differentials for overnight and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Within 24 months, fully licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
• Clinical crisis experience with trauma, depression, anxiety or substance use.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis-focused therapy in a team-based setting.
• Report to the Manager of Acute Services and work shifts as scheduled.
• Apply evidence-based modalities in crisis environments.
