Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections in Colorado seeks licensed therapists or social workers, or those pursuing licensure, to join our multidisciplinary crisis stabilization team. You will provide urgent behavioral health interventions during holds and support transitions back to the community.

The role blends community-based services (home, school, office) and jail-based care, with two 24-hour shifts weekly, flexible scheduling, supervision, and opportunities to advance as we expand statewide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Colorado licensure or eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, licensed clinical psychologist, or equivalent).
• Experience working with culturally diverse individuals and families, trauma, group facilitation, and crisis stabilization supports.
• Knowledge and experience in mental health and substance use assessments and consultation.
• Ability to provide interventions within diverse home and community settings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, 42 CFR, protected health information, and confidentiality.
• Commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and in-home behavioral health services to diverse clients.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, community settings, and office locations.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Provide individual, family, and collateral therapy sessions.
• Coordinate care with schools, primary care providers, and community partners.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultations.
• Maintain compliance with agency, payer, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
