DETROIT WAYNE Integrated HEALTH Network seeks a Crisis Care Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated team at the Crisis Care Center. The role includes frontline supervision, clinical support, and ensuring high-quality, compliant care for clients in crisis.

The successful candidate will perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate transitions to ongoing services while partnering with the Site Director to maintain performance standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of full-time paid professional experience in human/behavioral health.
• Two (2) years in crisis services.
• Two (2) years in executive/administrative supervision.

Responsabilités

• Serve as onsite supervisor through coaching and role modeling.
• Oversee daily operations and workflows at the Crisis Care Center.
• Provide clinical support and care coordination for clients.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning and documentation.
• Ensure linkage to ongoing recovery services and compliance.
