Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is seeking a Crisis Care Shift Supervisor to provide on-site leadership at the Crisis Care Center. You will supervise staff, oversee operations, conduct clinical assessments, and coordinate treatment plans to support individuals in recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field (Bachelor’s acceptable), 5 years in human/behavioral health, 2 years in crisis services, and Michigan licensure. A valid MI driver’s license is required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field; a Bachelor’s degree will be accepted.
• Five (5) years of full-time paid professional experience in human/behavioral health.
• Two (2) years of crisis services experience.
• Two (2) years in executive/administrative supervisory role in a human services setting.
• Valid State of Michigan clinical licensure (RN, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LLP, or PhD).
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with a safe driving record.

• Act as onsite supervisor for Crisis Care Center staff through coaching and role modeling.
• Oversee daily operations and workflows at the Crisis Care Center.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders and ensure service linkages for recovery and treatment.
• Provide clinical assessments and develop treatment plans; authorize services as needed.
• Deliver crisis management and recovery-oriented counseling to participants.
• Coordinate transition/discharge plans with Site Director and Unit Administrator.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and provider network standards.
