MaineHealth Behavioral Health in Biddeford, ME is seeking a Crisis Response Worker I to provide immediate crisis triage, connect clients to the appropriate level of care, and facilitate access to crisis assessment and outpatient services when eligibility is met.

The role requires an Associate's Degree, MHRT/CSP certification, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience with the target client population; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in a related field is required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• MHRT/CSP certification is required or must be conferred within three months of start date; valid driver's license required.
• One year of experience working with the client population is required; experience with chronically mentally ill population is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Function in crisis capacities to connect clients with appropriate level of care and provide immediate triage.
• Assist and make connections to outpatient services when clinical and financial eligibility requirements are met.
