Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, mental health or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Must meet Washington driver’s license requirements and driving record standards.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, case management, or related field preferred.
• Must complete pre-employment requirements including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide follow up services for individuals seen in crisis and coordinate referrals to community services.
• Assist in gaining access to services and coordinate care across systems.
• Evaluate risk and collaborate with law enforcement and first responders to educate.
• Work with crisis team and co-responders to divert from incarceration or ED visits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in social sciences/mental health/related field

Master's degree preferred
