RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to support individuals with mental health and substance use needs across home, school, work and community settings. The role focuses on recovery, skill-building, and independence, with supervision as needed.

The position requires a qualifying degree and relevant experience; schedule includes a daytime shift with differential for evenings and weekends. Benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field and 2+ years full-time experience with the population served.
• Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services field) and 4+ years full-time experience with the population served OR Master’s Degree or Higher and 1+ years full-time experience with population served.
• License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, Permit issued by governing board regulating human service profession.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings in accordance to the service definition.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with interventions that promote recovery, symptom reduction, and increased coping skills.
• Facilitate relationships and act as a link between individuals served, the company, families, guardians and local agencies.
• Minimize the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living and personal development.
