Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist III (QP) for Intensive In Home services. You will work 40 hours weekly in Caldwell and Burke Counties, with an office in Lenoir, NC, delivering person-centered interventions in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, with 2 years MH youth experience, or a Master’s in Human Services with 1 year of experience. On-call crisis rotation is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional (QP).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years of youth MH experience; or
• Master's Degree in Human Services with 1 year of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor's in non-human services with 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Participate in development of Person Centered Plan and implement interventions.
• Assist with the authorization process.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and maintain communication with supervision.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Provide referrals to community resources and services.
• On-call crisis rotation.
