Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in a mental health setting.
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization during community-based responses.
• Connect individuals to appropriate mental health care and resources.
• Work with licensed professionals and peer specialists to coordinate care.
