Job summary
Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Mobile Crisis LVN in Lompoc, CA to respond to mental health crises with the Mobile Response Team. Travel to caller locations, provide crisis intervention, assess holds, and document care as part of a multidisciplinary MRT.
The MRT includes Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists and covers Santa Barbara County. Crestwood offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in California as an LVN.
- Current CA driver's license.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and psychosocial rehabilitation principles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate crisis responses during mental health crises.
- Travel to caller locations and perform crisis intervention, including assessing holds.
- Document assessments and care as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).
- Supervise the Peer Specialist as part of the MRT.
