Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Mobile Response Team Access Line Staff to support individuals in crisis and facilitate access to mental health and substance use treatment services in Lompoc, CA.

The role involves crisis intervention, de-escalation, and helping clients navigate resources in the community. Full-time shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with salary range $23–$25.41 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience (or part-time equivalent) in a mental health setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate crisis support and guidance to clients.
• Assist with accessing mental health or substance use treatment services.
• Coordinate connections to appropriate care providers and resources.

Job Duties

The Access line is designed to streamline the process of accessing mental health or substance abuse treatment services, provide immediate support and guidance during a crisis, and connect individuals with appropriate care providers and resources.

Schedule

• Full-Time (8:00AM to 8:00PM) or (8:00PM to 8:00AM)

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles

About the Mobile Response Team

The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team can deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of the MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range

$23 - $25.41 USD
