Responsibilities

Appears in court for probation revocations, bench trials, arraignments, and other criminal state court matters.
Prepares for jury trials, subpoenas witnesses, and drafts motions and charges.
Researches case law and prepares related legal documents and briefs.
Gathers sentencing information, discusses with victims, and provides testimony as needed.
