Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advises Assistant Solicitors in all case matters, especially complex cases during preparation, trial, and appellate matters.
• Researches case law and prepares briefs.
• Drafts and advises staff in discovery documents, pleadings, motions, and judgments.
• Argues appellate motions in Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, and US District Court.
• Negotiate pleas with defense counsel and supervise staff.
• Train less experienced attorneys and manage support staff.
