Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate in a related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Represent indigent clients in criminal matters before Superior Court.
• Prepare and try cases, negotiate and enter pleas, conduct legal research.
• Draft and present complex legal documents such as pleadings and orders.
• Manage all aspects of litigation including strategy, investigation, and trial prep.
