Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Reliable transportation, computer, and high-speed internet access.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with court personnel and the public.
• Perform research using public records indexes to retrieve relevant information.
• Enter results accurately into proprietary systems and mark as 'clear' or record information per client instructions.
• Provide timely updates to Supervisor regarding holidays, delays, or process changes.
• Adhere to InformData's Quality and Turnaround Time standards.
• Support court copy requests and related research tasks.
