Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with court personnel and the public.
• Research using public records indexes to retrieve information.
• Enter results accurately into proprietary systems, marking as clear or recording findings per client instructions.
• Inform Supervisor about holidays, closures, or delays and provide timely updates.
• Provide status updates on issues impacting operations or commitments.
• Notify Supervisor about courthouse changes or fee adjustments.
• Back-up other Field Researchers as needed.
• Adhere to quality and turnaround time standards.
• Report quality concerns or trends promptly.
• Assist with court copy requests and related ordering.
• Conduct searches in surrounding areas or via online research when assigned.
