• Access to reliable transportation, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Able to work during courthouse hours and overtime with notice.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with court personnel and the public.
• Perform research using public records indexes to retrieve information.
• Accurately enter results into proprietary systems, marking them as 'clear' or recording information found.
• Provide timely updates to Supervisors regarding holidays, closures, or delays.
• Notify Supervisors about courthouse changes or fee adjustments.
• Back-up other Field Researchers as needed.
• Adhere to Quality and Turnaround Time standards.
• Support court copy requests and related searches as assigned.
