Responsibilities

• Research public records indexes to retrieve relevant information.
• Enter results into proprietary systems, marking as clear or recording findings.
• Communicate with Supervisor about holidays, closures, or delays and keep updates timely.
• Support ordering and completion of court copy requests and conduct neighbor-area searches as needed.
