Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling offender registry or public safety records.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Federal laws and Utah Code governing registries.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and protocols.
• Pass a Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and respond to information inquiries from AP&P agents, law enforcement, courts, and attorneys.
• File, update, and provide authorized access to offender registry records.
• Open and maintain active investigation files and official records.
• Publish accurate registry updates to the public website.
• Audit offender registration forms for accuracy and compliance with laws.
