Delphos Wireless - Cricket Authorized Retailer is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative for our Fernandina Beach, FL store. This in-store role focuses on selling wireless devices, accessories, and prepaid plans, with activation and upgrade responsibilities and uncapped commission opportunities.

The ideal candidate; has retail or customer service experience, strong communication and closing skills, and is reliable with weekend availability.

• Wireless/mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in Fernandina Beach, FL by Aldi.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission

• Monday–Sunday
