Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for our Fernandina Beach, FL store to deliver outstanding customer service and drive wireless sales.

Sell Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid plans, activate new lines, and meet activation goals while maintaining store standards. This in-store, full-time or part-time position offers uncapped commission, competitive pay, benefits after 90 days, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is anin-store retail position— not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in Fernandina Beach, FL by Aldi.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred

• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
