Role Description

The Cricket Wireless Experience Bilingual Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in North Houston, TX. In this position, the representative assists customers in both English and Spanish with selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories that fit their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features, processing activations and upgrades, handling payments, and troubleshooting basic device and account issues. The role also involves maintaining store cleanliness, organizing displays, and keeping current on promotions and product updates. The representative is expected to meet individual and store sales goals, provide professional and courteous service, and work collaboratively with the team and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a friendly, patient approach to supporting diverse customers.
• Sales and retail skills, such as product recommendation, upselling, handling transactions, and working toward sales targets.
• Basic technical aptitude, including comfort with smartphones, mobile apps, wireless plans, and learning new systems and point-of-sale software.
• Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work scheduled shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and collaborate in a team environment.
• Previous experience in wireless retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
