Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer in North Houston, TX is looking for a full-time Bilingual Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless plans, devices, and accessories in English and Spanish.

You will greet customers, explain features, process activations and payments, handle basic device issues, maintain displays, and work to achieve store sales goals while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales-focused with ability to upsell and meet targets.
• Basic technical aptitude with smartphones and store POS systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
