Cricket Wireless is seeking a Sales Advocate in Metairie, LA to deliver an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, identifying needs, and promoting Cricket products.

This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, sales or customer service experience, and the ability to educate customers on plans, devices, and billing.

You will stay current on promotions, support team goals, and participate in training to sharpen product knowledge and sales strategies.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning POS and billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and build rapport to assess needs.
• Recommend wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Promote and upsell Cricket products to meet sales targets.
• Stay current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to educate customers.
• Provide basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting.
• Explain billing procedures, account setup, and service options.
• Process transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support team to achieve store performance goals.
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Accept feedback and adapt to improve performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Cricket Sales Advocate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and promoting Cricket Wireless products and services. This role plays a vital part in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recommends suitable wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Promotes and upsells Cricket Wireless products and services to meet sales targets.
• Stays current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to effectively educate customers.
• Provides basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting.
• Clearly explains billing procedures, account setup, and service options.
• Accurately processes transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
• Supports team members to achieve overall store performance goals.
• Participates in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Accepts and applies constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Wireless Cashier Top Skills & Proficiencies

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
