Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Burbank is seeking a highly organized CrewHQ Operations Manager to lead talent strategy, recruitment support and day-to-day CrewHQ US activities on the Warner Bros Studios lot. You will partner across Production Pathways, Training, and VP teams to ensure programs are well supported.

The role requires strong relationship-building, stakeholder management and the ability to drive impact storytelling for crew development and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong production, corporate and studio/facility operations knowledge
• Experience in designing and delivering skills training / talent programs
• Experience with social impact initiatives
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build and manage talent database and staffing opportunities in partnership with WBD Access teams.
• Develop and drive CrewHQ US talent strategy, development, outreach and engagement.
• Coordinate events, programs and alumni tracking to maximize outcomes and impact.
• Oversee day-to-day CrewHQ Burbank operations and partner with internal teams for communications and reporting.
• Manage budgets, calendars, vendors and logistics for CrewHQ events and programs.
