Qualifications

• Strong program management capability and experience in film/television production.
• Knowledge of production landscape, processes and operations on set and in the production office.
• Experience with training or workforce development programs.
• Understanding of union protocols and production workforce practices.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and data tracking.
• Commitment to inclusive workforce practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production pathway strategy for CrewHQ US.
• Oversee production training programs, apprenticeships and job placement initiatives.
• Identify upskilling and leadership training opportunities for WB production teams.
• Coordinate program calendars, participant engagement, partner communications and training materials.
• Track program participation, feedback and impact data for reporting to CrewHQ leadership.
