Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a detail‑oriented manager to lead CrewHQ US operations on the Warner Bros Studios lot in Burbank.
You will steward talent strategy, maintain a centralized talent database, and coordinate with internal teams to support training programs, events, and community engagements. In this role, you will partner with Production Pathways, Training Manager, and the VP to optimize staffing and trainee placements, while tracking budgets and reporting impact.

Situated at Stage 31 on the iconic Warner Bros Studios Burbank lot, CrewHQ | US provides wrap-around workforce development that addresses local skills gaps, from upskilling existing crews and department heads to best-in-class trainee programs, to initial industry exposure with emerging talent. Our slate of upskilling and entry-level training programs supports departments including, but not limited to, production office, finance, construction, costume, camera, locations, and post-production.
This role will be responsible for managing the CrewHQ Talent strategy and day-to-day operations of Crew HQ on the Warner Bros Studios lot in Burbank. This role will work to ensure that our skills & training facility is consistently equipped to support programs, meetings, partner engagements, community and industry engagements and events. In partnership with Production Pathways & Training Manager, CrewHQ and the VP, Head of CrewHQ US, this manager will drive CrewHQ US operations, partner engagement, event support, budget tracking, reporting, communications inputs, and impact storytelling in support of CrewHQ’s broader workforce and community mission, including partnering wherever possible with the CrewHQ UK team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator and relationship builder who can manage talent database, development and engagement efforts, coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, support events and programs, and help create an inclusive and high-quality experience for everyone engaging with CrewHQ. It is an essential function of this position that the work be performed entirely from the WB Studios Burbank and may involve some travel.
