Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Manager, Workforce Development & Production Pathways, CrewHQ US, to design and deliver production workforce development strategies across the US, with initial emphasis at Warner Bros. Studios Burbank.

You will translate CrewHQ’s mission into training programs, career pathways, and industry partnerships for existing crews and trainees. The role requires building alliances with production leadership, labor relations, education partners, unions, and community

Qualifications

• Strong program management capability within film/television production
• Experience working with training or workforce development programs
• Ability to translate strategy into practical program plans and measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with union protocols and production workforce practices preferred
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Data-informed reporting and KPI tracking

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of production pathway strategy to meet needs of CrewHQ US
• Oversee production training programs, apprenticeships, job placement, workshops and career development
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify upskilling and leadership training opportunities for WB production teams
• Coordinate program calendars, materials and communications for effective delivery
• Track participation, feedback and impact data for reports to CrewHQ leadership and partners
• Build relationships with workforce development programs, schools and unions to expand opportunities
