Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Manager, Workforce Development & Production Pathways for CrewHQ US. You will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs across the US, starting with WB Studios Burbank and surrounding production ecosystems.

Qualifications

Experience in film/television production or workforce development programs.
Ability to translate strategy into practical program plans with measurable outcomes.
Strong project management skills with multiple programs and stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation and communication across diverse groups.
Comfort with data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of production pathway strategy for CrewHQ US.
Lead production training programs, apprenticeships, and career development opportunities.
Identify upskilling and leadership training opportunities for WB production teams.
Coordinate with internal partners to align programs with union requirements and KPI targets.
Track participation, outcomes, and impact data for leadership and stakeholders.
Foster relationships with workforce development partners and education institutions.
Support program calendars, materials, and partner communications.
