Job summary

Cape Air is seeking a Crew Logistics Coordinator to arrange and track travel, lodging, and transportation for crew members across the airline system. You will work closely with crew and other departments to ensure accurate, cost-effective travel that meets operational needs.

Responsibilities include booking travel, updating records, and supporting travel planning for training events. Strong organization and communication are essential, with weekend and holiday availability a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Airline travel coordination or crew scheduling experience preferred.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of company systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate crew travel, hotel, and transportation arrangements.
• Communicate travel needs and itinerary details with crew members.
• Update and maintain records of crew travel arrangements.
• Assist with travel planning for training events and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Crew Scheduling, Training, Employee Travel, and other departments.
• Monitor travel changes and resolve travel-related issues.
• Track travel expenses and provide requested information.
• Prepare routine reports and spreadsheets related to crew travel.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding crew travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
