Job summary

Jet Linx Aviation is seeking a Crew Coordinator to ensure efficient crew utilization and aircraft scheduling in compliance with FAA regulations. The role focuses on coordinating crew and aircraft schedules to maximize availability and safety.

The position requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience with FOS and MS Office is preferred, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a flight operations environment required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as the primary liaison between Fleet Management and Crewmembers.
• Maintain situational awareness of aircraft and crewmember scheduling needs.
• Assign crewmembers to trips and verify daily activity.
• Update crew activity in FOS with notes and reservations.
• Keep crew service fees dashboard up-to-date in FOS2GP.
