Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an operations environment.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR 61/135 regulations and EJM policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication under stress and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track crewmember training and checking events.
• Maintain crewmember profiles in EJM’s scheduling software.
• Receive, audit, and process crewmember training records.
• Provide training records to crewmembers, stakeholders, and FAA representatives.
• Coordinate changes to crewmember training and operations schedules.
• Forecast future training needs with training providers.
• Ensure compliance with EJM SMS program and safety standards.
