Job summary

Executive Jet Management, located in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Domestic Flight Support Specialist to review domestic trips for feasibility and provide crew support with briefings, while maintaining regulatory safety standards.

Responsibilities include liaison among Charter, Owner Services and Crews, managing DASSP and Emergency Response procedures, and ensuring top-tier service and safety for flight crews and owners.

Qualifications

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License required within one year of hire.
  • 0-2 years of experience noted in posting.
  • High School diploma required; two/ four-year degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Prefer experience with FAR 91/135 operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between Charter, Owner Services and Crews; coordinate communication.
  • Follow special procedures such as DASSP, Event Notifications, Emergency Response Plan.
  • Brief crew members on upcoming flights.
  • Provide support for International Dispatch and Travel groups.
  • Monitor Slots, TFR, ATC and Weather; advise on trips and plan action for affected trips.
  • Ensure highest level of service and safety for all flight crews, owners and employees.

Purpose of Position

The primary function of this position is to review domestic trips for feasibility, provide crew support and accomplish crew briefings, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Charter, Owner Services and Crews, ensuring appropriate communication and coordination between all groups.
  • Special procedures such as DASSP, Event Notifications, Emergency Response Plan
  • Briefing of crew members on upcoming flights
  • Provide support functions for International Dispatch and Travel groups
  • Slots, TFR, ATC, Weather monitoring and advising when trips are affected along with a plan of action for those effected trips
  • Provides highest level of service and safety for all flight crews, owners and employees by accomplishing feasibility analysis
