Shift Leader Responsibilities
- Protects the restaurant's cash assets during each shift, including counting and verifying safe and cash drawer contents, completing deposit slips, and maintaining logs.
- Works with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to achieve maximum sales and profits while maintaining operational standards.
- Enforces all company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with laws related to wages, hours, and sanitation, and completes all required documentation.
- Collaborates with the management team to implement advertising and promotions, ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.
- Maintains strict safety and sanitation standards.
- Assists in employee training programs.
- Supports the management team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards.
