Role Overview

Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. They open and close the store, oversee food quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders!

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
• Pass background check
• Obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver’s license (location-dependent)
