Job summary

Jet Linx in Omaha, NE is seeking a Crew Coordinator to optimize crew and aircraft scheduling in line with FAA regulations and company guidelines. You will liaise between Fleet Management and crewmembers, assign trips, arrange tickets, and maintain accurate travel records to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 2-5 years in flight operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with FOS and Microsoft Office. On-site work and a team-oriented environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a flight operations environment required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate as liaison between Fleet Management and Crewmembers.
• Maintain situational awareness of aircraft and crewmember scheduling needs.
• Assign crewmembers to trips; verify legality of trips and duties.
• Update crew activity in FOS with notes and travel records.
• Keep crew service fees dashboard updated in FOS2GP.
• Alert training when expirations affect operations.
• Coordinate all logistics around crew moves and swaps.
• Find and schedule contract crew when needed (91/135 pools).
• Review duty activity logs and report discrepancies to Manager.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx core values in all interactions.
