Job summary

Jet Linx in Omaha is seeking a Jr Concierge to provide on-site support for base duties and ensure an inviting, well-maintained space for clients and crew. You will assist with stock, greet guests, and coordinate with management to resolve issues.

The role requires exceptional communication, a customer-first mindset, and flexibility to work hours that may include evenings and weekends. Aviation interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase stock per Jet Linx standards and submit expense reports.
• Communicate, document, and resolve client complaints; escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, inviting lobby and work areas.
• Assist with on-site duties and guest greeting.
