Job summary

Jet Linx Omaha is seeking a Crew Coordinator to optimize crew resources and aircraft utilization while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with crewmembers, and support safe, on-time operations.

You should have 2–5 years in a flight operations environment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FOS is preferred; this on-site role requires strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a flight operations environment required.
• Proficient in MS Office and FOS.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as liaison between Fleet Management and Crewmembers.
• Maintain scheduling awareness and assign crewmembers to trips.
• Update crew activity in FOS with trips and notes.
• Ensure crew moves and paperwork are documented and communicated.
• Coordinate all logistics around crew swaps and contract crew when needed.
• Review duty activity logs and maintain on-site attendance.
